The hotel boasts an incredible location right on the main square with beautiful views from the rooftop restaurant, although it does get quite chilly in the mornings. While the interiors are lovely and the staff is really helpful, my experience was dampened by getting a room without an outside window and no fridge, which was quite disappointing given the promising views others seemed to enjoy.

I was given a room that overlooked an internal cafe, which made it noisy and a bit dark since it had no outside window. It was definitely not ideal, especially after requesting a quiet room.

The service was terrific overall, with staff being very accommodating. They made my stay more comfortable by being attentive to my needs, even if I encountered issues with my room.

The hotel's location is simply fantastic, right on the main square, making it easy to walk to all the major sights in the historical center. It truly is a great spot for sightseeing.

The breakfast served in the open-air restaurant on the sixth floor was wonderful, although it would have been better with a warmer ambiance. I did enjoy the variety offered.
